Hello I’m Victoria — the heart and soul behind Always Home Cleaning & Support Services.
My biggest inspiration for creating this business comes from my Nana, Helen. She lived with multiple sclerosis and spent much of her life in a wheelchair. Watching her gradual loss of independence was difficult, but what I recognised was the kindness and dedication of the people who cared for her. Their support not only made her daily life easier but also gave her dignity, comfort, and love until her passing. That experience deeply touched me and planted the seed for this business — to provide meaningful care and support that can truly improve someone’s quality of life.
With Always Home, my goal is simple: to make people’s lives easier, brighter, and more supported — whether that’s through a tidy home, a helping hand, or simply being someone clients can trust and rely on.
As a proud local of the Ballina Shire, I feel incredibly grateful to live and work in such a kind and welcoming community. My personal mindset is that health and wellbeing come first — not just for myself, but for everyone I have the privilege of supporting. Giving back to the community that has embraced me so warmly is at the heart of what I do. Through Always Home, I aim to offer not just services, but a genuine sense of care, connection, and contribution to the place I call home.
